With the future starting to look brighter, people returning to offices and global drilling and workover activity slowly increasing, 2021 Q2 has been a busy and exciting period for DuneFront.
We have again been busy supporting our clients with their operations and have completed a variety of interesting projects. These included multiple gravel pack evaluations in Trinidad and Angola, as well as design reviews and providing subject matter expert services to clients in Africa, South Americaand the North Sea.
The PackPro client base has also seen an increase, again driven by the uptake in activity in the industry, with new clients using the software in Russia, Malaysia, Angola, and the USA. Alongside that, we have been working on our new PackPro Cloud project internally which will be officially announced later this year…
TRAINING COURSES
Over the past year, we’ve delivered many online training courses which has given us the opportunity to refine our approach to online training and, this quarter, we designed and delivered two more: A 4-day PackPro training course for one of our major clients, and a 5-day introduction to sand control for Operators in Equatorial Guinea and Trinidad.
To continuously deliver the most effective training and encourage engagement, we restructured the training classes to merge both practical and theory elements seamlessly, allowing a more interactive delivery of the material. We also used multiple instructors to provide a more dynamic delivery with different perspectives and ran two sessions per day to ensure people in all time zones could attend.
Remote and online working provides plenty of challenges, but we have adapted and evolved to provide our clients the best possible interaction and results from our training courses. We’re grateful for the wonderful feedback we’ve received from our attendees like this:
